Clear answers and studio policies, so you know what to expect before, during, and after your appointment.
APPOINTMENTS
Tattoo requests are reviewed before approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Approved projects receive deposit and scheduling instructions.
AGE REQUIREMENT
18+ ONLY. All tattoo clients must be 18 or older and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Inkverse does not tattoo minors, even with parent or guardian consent. No exceptions. Without valid ID, the appointment cannot proceed.
ARRIVAL
Arrive well rested, well hydrated, and after a full meal. For longer sessions, bring a sugary drink or snack in case you feel lightheaded. Tell your artist immediately if you feel dizzy, weak, nauseated, or unwell. Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs for at least 24 hours. Anyone who appears under the influence cannot be tattooed and may be rescheduled.
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit secures the appointment and is applied toward the final tattoo price. Final pricing may change if the agreed design, size, or placement changes.
WHAT TO BRING
Custom design is included with every confirmed appointment. We’ll work with you on revisions within the agreed concept until you’re satisfied. Major changes to the concept, subject, placement, or size may require rescheduling or a new deposit. Completed designs are not sent digitally and must be reviewed in person at the studio or on the day of your appointment.
DESIGN
Valid photo ID and clothing that allows access to the tattoo area. Do not arrive with sunburned, irritated, or broken skin.
If you are running late, please contact the studio as soon as possible. We allow a 30-minute grace period for unexpected delays. Please keep in mind that your artist may have another appointment scheduled after yours, so arrivals more than 30 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on the artist’s schedule.
Please provide at least 5 days’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling with less than 5 days’ notice will be considered a late reschedule. After three late reschedules, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
If you choose to cancel your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred to another person or appointment.

PRICING
Our studio minimum is $100. Price estimates are based on the agreed design, size, placement, detail, and estimated tattooing time. Final pricing may vary if the project changes or requires additional time.
GUEST POLICY
You are welcome to bring one guest with you to your appointment. To maintain a comfortable and focused environment, we kindly ask that you limit your company to one person.
Inkverse reserves the right to decline or stop any tattoo service when a design, placement, health condition, behavior, or other circumstance may compromise safety, professional standards, or the quality of the finished tattoo.

Complimentary First Touch-Up
Discuss idea, placement, size, direction, and estimated pricing.
One complimentary touch-up session of up to one hour is available within two years for tattoos completed at Inkverse, subject to artist assessment. It does not apply to tattoos on the face, head, neck, behind the ears, tongue, hands, or feet. Redesigns, additions, major alterations, and fading caused by improper aftercare are not included.
Included with every approved and confirmed appointment, with reasonable revisions within the agreed concept.
Why are certain placements excluded?
Tattoos on the face, head, neck, behind the ears, tongue, hands, and feet experience more movement, friction, washing, moisture, and environmental contact. Some areas also have thinner skin or faster natural cell turnover. These factors may cause pigment to fade, blur, or heal unevenly more quickly even with proper aftercare, so retention varies too much for the complimentary touch-up offer.
Referral & Birthday Offers
Existing client referral reward: $30 OFF after the referred new client completes a qualifying tattoo appointment.
Referred new client: $20 OFF the first qualifying tattoo.
Birthday offer: 15% OFF one qualifying tattoo appointment during the birthday month; valid ID may be required.
All offers require a tattoo service subtotal of $200 or more, are limited to one offer per client per appointment, cannot be combined, and do not apply to deposits, tips, gift cards, or merchandise. Referral names must be provided before booking or on the request form.
Safety & Hygiene
Every Inkverse tattoo artist maintains current Bloodborne Pathogens training certification and follows universal precautions, including single-use gloves, appropriate protective equipment, safe disposal procedures, and disposable or properly sterilized instruments.
Studio Policies
Pets are not permitted for comfort, safety, and sanitation. Trained service animals are welcome in accordance with the ADA. Alcohol and recreational drugs are not permitted on the premises.
Parking & Accessibility
Complimentary parking is available throughout the shopping center; guests may park in any available space. The studio has convenient step-free wheelchair access and the restroom has support grab bars.
Photo Consent
Finished tattoo photos are taken only with client permission. Declining portfolio or social-media use does not affect the service.
